Tourist Visa Slip: VAT Exemption 

Foreign visitors are issued a Tourist Visa Slip (Tarjeta Única Migratoria) by the Investigations Police (PDI) upon entering Chile. It is essential that you safeguard this piece of paper, which resembles a shopping receipt, until you leave the country.

The Tourist Visa entitles you to a 19% VAT exemption on certain services, including  accommodation. Guests who do not present their Tourist Slip will have to pay an additional 19% value-added tax.

Registration and Risk Acceptance Waiver

Mandatory Waiver

All participants must complete and sign the Registration and Risk Acceptance Waiver prior to the start of their program, in accordance with the regulations set forth in Decree No. 222 (2010) of the Ministry of Economy, Development, and Tourism.

This form must be completed and signed by each guest before starting their Las Torres Patagonia program.
